Today's tour takes us to Toronto with our first stop being Ripley's Aquarium. The building features a multi-faceted shell clad in large aluminum panels, with the roof of the main entrance that gives the illusion of the earth's crust peeling away to reveal a window into the aquatic world. The aquarium has 5.7 million litres of marine and freshwater habitats from across the world. The exhibits hold more than 20,000 exotic sea and freshwater specimens from more than 450 species. Ahoy Matey's! This afternoon we're all aboard Mariposa Cruise's ship the Oriole. The elegant boat was built as a Great Lakes Steamship replica, and all 76 feet have been tastefully decorated with the perfect blend of varnished woods, wrought iron, polished brass and plush upholstery. Lunch is included at the Hot House Cafe between both of these great Toronto attractions.
